Returns, Refunds and Exchange is the scheme provided by various sellers listed on ‘yesmystore.shop’ website available at yesmystore.shop or the mobile application under the brand name “yesmystore.shop” (collectively “Platform”), in relation to specific Cooking Tongs. Returns, refund and exchange policy give you an option to return, or exchange items purchased on the Platform, for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed on the Cooking Tongs details page. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for Cooking Tongs that are in good condition, as may be determined by yesmystore.shop. Most of our Cooking Tongs are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every Cooking Tongs is clearly mentioned on the Cooking Tongs page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform that are within the return window. However, Cooking Tongs that are explicitly identified as ‘not returnable’ on the Cooking Tongs detail page cannot be returned. Cooking Tongs which are identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return with the conditions as specified in the Cooking Tongs description page and this policy. At the discretion of the Platform, Cooking Tongs sold under any offer, promotion or discount may not be returned. All returns are subject to the details provided in the Cooking Tongs description page and other Sections of this policy. Cooking Tongs that are not eligible for return on the Platform, may be exchangeable for reasons mentioned on the Cooking Tongs description page on the Platform.
However, if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong Cooking Tongs from any seller listed on the Platform, you will still be allowed to exchange the Cooking Tongs for reasons as provided in the Cooking Tongs description page.
In case you have purchased a Cooking Tongs with which a free Cooking Tongs is delivered, and you raise a request for return the main Cooking Tongs, you will have to return the free Cooking Tongs as well. Further, a Cooking Tongs which forms a part of a package of other Cooking Tongs, you must return all Cooking Tongs that form part of the package to process the refund.
In circumstances where you return an extra or a different Cooking Tongs, yesmystore.shop will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of such Cooking Tongs and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you.
If the Cooking Tongs is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request through customer support at Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Only Cooking Tongs which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.
