Returns, Refunds and Exchange is the scheme provided by various sellers listed on ‘yesmystore.shop’ website available at yesmystore.shop or the mobile application under the brand name “yesmystore.shop” (collectively “Platform”), in relation to specific Mobile Phones. Returns, refund and exchange policy give you an option to return, or exchange items purchased on the Platform, for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed on the Mobile Phones details page. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for Mobile Phones that are in good condition, as may be determined by yesmystore.shop. Most of our Mobile Phones are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every Mobile Phones is clearly mentioned on the Mobile Phones page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform that are within the return window. However, Mobile Phones that are explicitly identified as ‘not returnable’ on the Mobile Phones detail page cannot be returned. Mobile Phones which are identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return with the conditions as specified in the Mobile Phones description page and this policy. At the discretion of the Platform, Mobile Phones sold under any offer, promotion or discount may not be returned. All returns are subject to the details provided in the Mobile Phones description page and other Sections of this policy. Mobile Phones that are not eligible for return on the Platform, may be exchangeable for reasons mentioned on the Mobile Phones description page on the Platform.
However, if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong Mobile Phones from any seller listed on the Platform, you will still be allowed to exchange the Mobile Phones for reasons as provided in the Mobile Phones description page.
In case you have purchased a Mobile Phones with which a free Mobile Phones is delivered, and you raise a request for return the main Mobile Phones, you will have to return the free Mobile Phones as well. Further, a Mobile Phones which forms a part of a package of other Mobile Phones, you must return all Mobile Phones that form part of the package to process the refund.
In circumstances where you return an extra or a different Mobile Phones, yesmystore.shop will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of such Mobile Phones and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you.
If the Mobile Phones is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request through customer support at Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Only Mobile Phones which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.
